Max Headroom Pirating Incident by grthink Max Headroom Pirating Incident by grthink
From Wikipedia: "The Max Headroom Pirating Incident was a television signal hijacking in Chicago, Illinois, on the evening of November 22, 1987; it is an example of what is known in the television business as broadcast signal intrusion. The intruder was successful in interrupting two television stations within three hours. Neither the hijacker nor his accomplices have ever been found or identified."

Oh God, I love Max Headroom (thanks to my dad), but that guy is as creepy as hell! I first saw the video of the signal piracy at night. I lost sleep over it...but I'm strangely obsessed with finding out who the fake Max really is! lol!

I really love how you drew him, though, capturing all of the creepyness. :XD: Especially in the "ARGGH! MY FILES!" one.

I became obsessed with that video -- it was only watching it over and over again the diluted it's impact on me. I reckon it was only students mucking about but it really did freak me out.

Thanks for the nice comments :D

I became obsessed with it too, really trying to get as much information on it as I could. There's a really good "documentary" on YouTube, although they got some facts wrong.
